Clear space between drawers measures 120 mm by default — enough for standard sheet thicknesses and thin bundles — and can be increased for shops storing thicker plate packs or sheet-plus-pallet combinations. Material discharge is mechanical-assist, providing smooth, controlled extraction without sudden drops.

Electric Drive for Automated Workflow

The powered electric mechanical system drives drawer extension at 9 meters per minute. This speed is not arbitrary. It matches the typical sheet exchange cycle of a 6 kW to 12 kW fiber laser cutting machine, meaning the storage rack can supply sheets to the cutting cell at the same rate the machine consumes them — no bottleneck, no idle waiting.

FIFO inventory management is structurally built into the drawer system. Older stock occupies the lower drawers and is drawn first. New arrivals are loaded into the upper drawers.
