• Uprights: hot-rolled H-section columns (200 × 200 mm) punched on four faces for single- or double-sided use.
• Arms: 1.0–1.2 m as standard; 1.5 m & 2.0 m on request. Each arm is robot-welded and rated 1 t UDL with 1.5 × safety factor. Choose straight arms for sheets or inclined arms with lip to cradle pipes.
• Bracing: structural channel braces bolt between columns to create bays. Brace length determines arm spacing—adjustable on 75 mm pitch.
• Finish: powder-coat 80 µm (indoor) or hot-dip galvanised 65 µm (outdoor) for complete weather, UV and chemical resistance.
