Each level carries 3 or 5 tons, which for most shops running 3000×1500mm or 4000×1500mm stock means a full stack of same-batch material per tray.

The operator interface is a PLC touchscreen. An operator enters sheet dimensions, thickness, or batch number, and the internal lift mechanism delivers the corresponding tray to the output station at 5 to 15 meters per minute, with repeat positioning accuracy held within ±2mm. ERP integration is standard. Inventory data—including sheet dimensions, weight, and remaining quantity per level—displays in real time on the touchscreen and pushes to the factory’s ERP or WMS through a standard interface. On the safety side, the tower structure uses heavy-gauge steel, and the lift mechanism carries fail-safe braking.
