The system consists of a set of three-dimensional storage warehouse, a set of bilateral gantry truss, a set of loading and unloading composite truss manipulator,a finished material truck, PLC control system,and a laser cutting machine to form a sheet metal automatic production unit.

It can realize centralized three-dimensional storage of plates,automatic warehousing, automatic picking,automatic splitting, automatic feeding,automatic cutting and other tasks, the whole process of automatic production, can effectively guarantee product quality,improve production efficiency, reduce production costs.
