The three-dimensional material warehouse is a double tower, 17 layers of feed tower and 19 layers of main material tower, with a total of 36 storage locations. The single-storey 470mm bin can store profiles with a diameter of 220mm and a length of6000mm and below. The rated load capacity of the single-storey bin is 3000kg.

The system consists of a set of loading and unloading gantry system, profile material racks, material frames, and guide rails. The main structure has a high load-bearing capacity, is sturdy and durable, and can store single or bundled profiles of different types. The number of layers and quantity of the racks can be customized according to the factory.
