The system replaces horizontal sprawl with vertical density. Instead of spreading materials across thousands of square feet of floor space, the Herochu rack stacks them vertically, making full use of the warehouse’s height. Optional profile support systems, including cradles and adjustable arms, ensure stability during storage and transport.

This versatility is critical for facilities that handle diverse material inventories. A single Herochu system can accommodate round pipes, square tubes, I-beams, channel steel, angle steel, and aluminum extrusions—all within the same rack structure, all managed by the same intelligent control system.

The technical specifications of the Herochu system reflect its engineering pedigree. Each storage layer is rated for up to 5,000 kg. Positioning repeatability is ±2 mm. The gantry achieves vertical lifting speeds of 5 to 15 meters per minute and horizontal travel speeds of 5 to 30 meters per minute.

The number of storage layers is customizable, typically ranging from 8 to 13 or more. Each grid measures 600 by 500 mm. The storage length of goods extends to 8,000 mm as standard, with customization available for longer materials.

Power requirements are 15 kW at 50Hz or 60Hz. Input voltage can be configured for 220V or 380V. The system’s regenerative drives on the vertical lifting axis recover energy when lowering heavy loads, feeding it back to the common DC bus for improved energy efficiency.
