Detailed Workflow Process

1. Empty Pallet Unloading

The control system dispatches empty pallets to designated locations. The pallets are hoisted, moved horizontally, and lowered to the sheet material inlet/outlet position.

2. Profile Loading onto Pallet

A crane or forklift places a stack of profiles onto the empty pallet at the hoisting platform for initial positioning.

3. Warehouse Loading

The hoisting mechanism lifts and transfers the loaded pallet to its assigned warehouse location, completing the loading cycle. This process repeats until all materials are stored.

4. Profile Outbound Process

Based on production needs, the system retrieves the required pallet, lifts it, and moves it to the unloading position.

5. Transfer to Unloading Cart

The pallet is placed onto an electric unloading trolley, which transports the materials along a track to the laser cutter loading position.

6. Pallet Return to Warehouse

After material use, the empty/split pallet is returned via the unloading trolley to the inlet/outlet position, where the elevator mechanism restores it to the warehouse.
