Universal compatibility, scalable architecture
Every module is designed to retrofit fibre, CO₂ or disk laser cutting machines from any manufacturer, current or legacy. Standard footprints—3015, 4015, 4020, 6015, 6020 and 6025 mm—cover the overwhelming majority of sheet formats. Within the same envelope, the tower storage system offers 8 to 13 shelves, each rated at 3 t or 5 t payload, so a single aisle can buffer several hundred tonnes of mixed material ready for instant call-off. Linear guide rails and hardened chain drives deliver vertical lift at 9 m min⁻¹ and horizontal transfer at 12 m min⁻¹, ensuring the next sheet reaches the cutting table in under 180 seconds regardless of shelf height.

Process reliability through intelligent control
The control suite resides on an industrial PC with an intuitive HMI. Once the cutting program is uploaded, the scheduler assigns sheet priorities, monitors inventory in real time and sequences automatic loading and unloading cycles. Edge-detection sensors verify sheet dimensions and thickness before placement, eliminating crash risks. Cut-part stacks are returned to designated shelves or conveyed to downstream operations such as bending or robotic welding, all without human interaction.
