Built for 25 years, warranted for ten
The mast is a welded lattice of Q355B steel, stress-relieved and shot-blasted to Sa 2.5. Epoxy-polyester powder coat, 80 µm, colour RAL 5017 traffic blue, keeps the surface intact in humid, oxide-dust environments. Each cassette rides on sealed needle bearings; the calculated service life is 25 years at 250 cycles per day. We give a ten-year structural warranty because the finite-element report, third-party reviewed, shows a safety factor of 1.8 under full 5 t load.
Modular, not monumental
Frames bolt to the floor with M20 chemical anchors; no civil foundation, no trench ducts. Add two extra cassettes next month, or move the whole line to the new hall next year—unbolt, transport, re-bolt, re-level. The rack grows with the shop, not against it.
Manual or automated, you choose
A hand-wheel version lets one operator move a 4 m × 2 m × 20 mm plate into horizontal pick position in 28 seconds. Upgrade to the 400 V gear-motor package and the same motion drops to 12 seconds, triggered from a wireless pendant or MES signal. Integrate the rack into your existing ERP: the PLC stores up to 500 material IDs, opens the correct cassette and reports back consumption figures in real time. Safety that pays for itself
Each cassette locks positively in the vertical position and again in the horizontal loading angle. Photocells across the aisle prevent movement while an operator is inside the bay. Optional pneumatic suction cups or electro-permanent magnets grip the sheet before the cassette tilts, eliminating the slip that causes edge damage and hand injuries. A German metal-working plant documented a 42 % drop in first-aid incidents and a 1.3 % reduction in material scrap during the first year after installation.

Delivery and installation
