Built from Q355B structural steel, hot-dip galvanised after fabrication, and pre-assembled on a modular base, the rack arrives ready to stand outside through salt spray, summer heat or a northern frost. No shelter, no problem: the 275 g/m² zinc coat is double the European norm, so the frame is warranted against red rust for ten full years.
One rack, twelve tonnes per deck
The entry-level HC-G6053S carries 3 t on each of its four power-assisted cantilever arms, giving 12 t on a single level. Need more? Step up to the HC-G9055S and you have 5 t per arm, 20 t per tier. Add a fifth deck, or sixth, or twelfth – the bolt-on arm system lets you reconfigure overnight without a welding crew. Arms slide on cold-rolled rails, so one operator can adjust a 9 m beam in under thirty seconds, then lock it with a hardened steel pin rated at 9 t shear. The result: you can land a 12 m bundle of stainless or a stack of epoxy-coated line-pipe and have it secured faster than the truck driver can drink his coffee.
Safety engineered, not added later
A 3° backward tilt is pressed into every arm during CNC forming; gravity keeps tubes centred without extra straps. The top lip is rolled 40 mm to stop bundles from skating forward when the forklift brakes. Base plates are 12 mm plate, laser-cut with a 180 mm fork pocket so the entire loaded rack can be relocated by telehandler. Optional LED traffic lights and photocell barriers turn the aisle into a controlled zone – flashing amber while an arm is extended, solid red while a load is in motion. CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, UE structural code EN 1993-1-1 and ISO 9001:2015 are met and documented; certificates ship with every rack.

Real-world footprint
HC-G6053S overall size: 6 435 × 3 340 × 1 550 mm (L × W × H). Fork entry height 330 mm, so any 2.5 t forklift can drive in. Column centres at 1 800 mm match standard truck widths, letting you unload directly from either side. Double-sided HC-G6053D adds only 200 mm to height yet doubles face capacity without doubling floor space – a 40 % saving compared with two single racks.
