Long stock is the enemy of square footage. Tube bundles, steel plate, aluminium bar, PVC conduit, timber beams—every extra metre they occupy is a metre you cannot invoice. Herochu’s customized cantilever racking systems convert that liability into vertical profit by locking your material into a purpose-built steel frame that never sleeps, never bends and never wastes an inch.
One rack, infinite revisions
We begin with a floor plan you send by PDF, CAD or even WhatsApp photo. Our structural team overlays your fork-lift Aisle Working Radius (AWR), fire-sprinkler drop lines and incoming-goods traffic flow. Within 24 hours you receive a 3-D model showing column centres, arm lengths and load diagrams. Need to park 12 m stainless-steel sheet one week and 6 m scaffold tube the next? Arms relocate on 75 mm pitch without tools; no welding, no downtime. The same bay can be single-sided against a wall this quarter and double-sided in the centre of the warehouse next quarter—unbolt, spin, re-anchor, done.
Steel that remembers its shape
Columns are rolled from S355 JR hot-strip, 450 mm deep, 8 mm web, shot-blasted SA 2.5 and finished with 80 µm epoxy-powder coat (blue RAL 5010 as standard, orange, grey or galvanised on request). Each arm is a welded box-section, taper-milled at the nose to prevent sheet snagging. Fork entry pockets are optional for crane-free handling of 4 m × 2 m plate bundles. Welds are UT-inspected to EN ISO 5817-B; every column is traceable to the melt number. Rated for 1.3 × live load plus seismic factor per IBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and Eurocode 8.

Starter bay height: 2 000 mm – 8 000 mm (one-piece columns up to 7 m).
Arm length: 800 mm, 1 000 mm, 1 200 mm, 1 500 mm, 2 000 mm—custom to 2 500 mm.
Capacity per arm: 500 kg light-duty, 1 000 kg medium, 2 000 kg heavy, 3 000 kg extra-heavy.
Total bay capacity: 30 000 kg double-sided, verified by third-party FEM 10.2.08 test certificate supplied with every order.
Mobility without concrete scars
If your lease says “no new floor anchors,” we mount the entire rack on 120 mm-high rail channels. Manual crank or 0.75 kW electric drive moves up to 60 t of steel with one finger, compacting ten aisles into one. Photocell safety curtains stop travel in 200 ms if personnel cross the aisle—no hydraulics, no maintenance, no oil leaks.
Outdoor armour
Roofing kits with 0.7 mm corrugated sheet or insulated sandwich panels turn any yard into a weather-proof stock centre. Side cladding and gutter systems keep condensation off polished aluminium. Hot-dip galvanising to EN ISO 1461 guarantees 25-year corrosion performance in C5 coastal zones—ask for our salt-spray test report.
