Two synchronized towers flank the laser shuttle table, creating a compact U-shaped flow. Each tower is built from laser-cut, stress-relieved steel frames and driven by hardened 20B roller chains rated at 8 t breaking load. Floors are adjustable on 100 mm pitch and include optional telescopic plate supports or roller bars for thin or oily sheets. - High-Speed Stacker Crane
A servo-driven carriage rides on THK linear rails, lifting sheets at 9 m/min while the chain drive delivers them to the load port at 12 m/min.
