A single Herochu intelligent warehouse installation can store up to 500 tonnes of mixed profiles within a footprint of approximately 200 square meters, assuming a standard 12-meter bar length and 10 storage levels. This density is achieved through a combination of narrow aisle design, vertical stacking, and the elimination of fixed rack structures. Instead of traditional pallet racks with wide flue spaces, the Herochu system uses a series of closely spaced vertical towers or a single large tower with multi-depth storage positions.
