Prepare a clear, level area on a carbon steel-compatible floor. Organize tools including wrenches, torque wrenches, a level, and a drill for anchoring. The first physical step in the installation procedure for heavy-duty telescopic cantilever tube racking systems is often to connect the initial pair of uprights with the top square tube while on the ground. This pre-connection ensures proper alignment when raised. After standing this first frame, immediately install the angle iron cross braces to prevent wobbling. This creates your first stable bay.
