End-to-end workflow—how the magic happens

  1. Centralized storage
    Sheets are loaded once per shift by forklift into the three-dimensional warehouse. The servo-driven lift system records alloy, thickness, and job ID via barcode or RFID, then parks the plate on its assigned shelf. No double handling, no floor clutter.
  2. Automatic discharging
    When the MRP system releases a nesting program, the gantry truss carriage travels to the correct level, clamps the sheet, and lowers it onto the electric raw-material trolley. The trolley then drives to the loading station and positions within ±1 mm.
  3. Intelligent plate splitting
    A patented air-knife array blows micro-jets between the top two sheets, while a laser thickness sensor confirms single-plate pickup. Eliminates the costly downtime caused by double-sheet feeds.
  4. Suction-cup loading
    The loading truss manipulator—equipped with 8–16 food-grade closed-cell vacuum cups—descends, grips the plate, and accelerates to 1.5 m/s while maintaining ≤ 0.1 mm warp deflection. It places the sheet on the laser’s exchange table, then returns to home in under 25 seconds.
  5. High-speed laser cutting
    The fiber laser executes the optimized nest. Real-time pierce detection and adaptive feed-rate control protect consumables and guarantee ±0.03 mm repeatability—even on reflective materials.
  6. Fork unloading & scrap separation
    Once the cut program ends, the exchange table exits and the unloading manipulator arrives. Independently actuated forks lift finished parts while electromagnets retain skeleton scrap. Parts are set onto a buffered finished-material cart; scrap drops into a dedicated bin.
  7. Centralized sorting & ERP feedback
    The mobile cart conveys the finished pallet to a forklift pickup zone. Barcode labeling and weight verification automatically update inventory and trigger downstream bending, welding, or shipping.
