Sheets are loaded once per shift by forklift into the three-dimensional warehouse. The servo-driven lift system records alloy, thickness, and job ID via barcode or RFID, then parks the plate on its assigned shelf. No double handling, no floor clutter. - Automatic discharging
When the MRP system releases a nesting program, the gantry truss carriage travels to the correct level, clamps the sheet, and lowers it onto the electric raw-material trolley. The trolley then drives to the loading station and positions within ±1 mm. - Intelligent plate splitting
