1. Process Description: Automated Raw Material Delivery
The process begins with the automated storage warehouse. Upon command, the electric raw material trolley retrieves a stack of sheets from the three-dimensional storage and transports it to the designated loading station, where it comes to a precise stop, ready for the next step.

2. Suction Cup Loading: Precision and Reliability
The loading truss manipulator swings into action. It moves horizontally to position itself directly above the loading station. Its array of suction cups descends, securely gripping the top sheet from the stack. After successfully separating the sheet, the manipulator rises to a safe transit height, moves horizontally to traverse above the laser cutting machine’s exchange table, and then descends with pinpoint accuracy to place the sheet in the designated loading position. The suction cups release the sheet, and the loading robot retracts to its home position, awaiting the next command, all without operator intervention.

3. Plate Cutting: Uninterrupted Processing
With the raw sheet perfectly positioned, the exchange table automatically moves into the laser cutting machine’s processing area. The laser cutter performs its high-precision cutting operation. Once the cycle is complete, the table exits the processing area, now holding a matrix of finished parts and scrap skeleton.

4. Mobile Trolley Positioning: Ready for Unloading
Concurrently, the double-layer finished material truck (mobile trolley) carrying an empty pallet moves along its track to the unloading station, positioning itself perfectly to receive the newly cut materials.

5. Unloading with Intelligent Forks: Gentle and Efficient Handling
The unloading truss manipulator takes over. It moves into position above the laden exchange table. Its specialized forks open to a pre-set width, descend, and gently slide underneath the cut pieces. The forks close, securely gripping the entire batch of finished and scrap materials. The manipulator then lifts its payload, moves horizontally to position itself above the waiting mobile trolley, and descends. The forks open, depositing the materials neatly onto the trolley’s pallet. The unloader then retracts, ready for the next cycle.

6. Centralized Sorting: Final-Stage Efficiency
The mobile feed cart, now loaded, moves out of the active unloading area. A forklift or overhead crane can then quickly transport the entire pallet to a dedicated sorting area where personnel can perform centralized sorting in a single, efficient step, far removed from the production machinery, enhancing safety.
