Workflow in one continuous cycle
- Storage tower dispatches the correct layer to the electric unloading trolley.
- Trolley parks at the loading station; robot picks the top profile or sheet.
- Integrated length-measurement station confirms stock length to 0.1 mm and updates the CNC program on-the-fly.
- Truss robot shuttles the part to the ink-jet or dot-peen coder; the CNC program automatically selects the right marking layout.
- Robot loads the coded part onto the laser shuttle table; chuck closes, laser starts.
- While cutting, the robot returns to standby; finished parts exit onto a powered conveyor for manual or robotic sorting.
- Empty trolley returns the remnant skeleton to the tower, freeing the table for the next sheet—all inside a 60-second cycle.
