Three-dimensional warehouse workflow: Empty pallets unload → Profiles deposited into pallets → Profiles loaded into the warehouse → Profiles unloaded → Profiles transferred to the unloading cart → Empty/split pallets returned to the warehouse
- Process Description: Empty pallet unload: Based on the warehouse’s storage locations, the control system dispatches empty pallets to the corresponding locations. The pallets are then hoisted up, horizontally, and lowered to the sheet material inlet/outlet locations.
- Profile loading pallet: A crane or forklift places a stack of profiles onto the empty pallet on the warehouse’s hoisting platform for initial positioning.
- Profile loading pallet: The hoisting mechanism lifts and horizontally delivers the full pallet to the designated warehouse location, completing one profile loading task. This cycle repeats until all profiles are loaded into the warehouse.
- Profile Outbound: Based on material usage information, the control system dispatches the corresponding pallet to the corresponding bin. The pallet is then lifted, moved, and lowered by the elevator mechanism, and then transferred to the profile inlet/outlet position.
- Profiles to the Loading Position: The pallet is lifted, moved, and then transferred to the electric unloading trolley. The trolley then transports the profiles along the track to the loading position.
- Pallet Return: After the material is used, the unloading trolley transports the empty pallet to the profile inlet/outlet position. The pallet is then returned to the warehouse through the elevator mechanism’s translation, lifting, and moving.
