Empty Pallet Unload: The control system dispatches empty pallets to pre-determined locations based on warehouse storage data. Pallets are hoisted, horizontally transferred, and lowered to sheet material inlet/outlet positions, ready for loading.

Profile Loading into Warehouse: The hoisting mechanism lifts full pallets and transports them horizontally to designated warehouse locations, completing the loading cycle. This process repeats until all materials are securely stored.

Profile Outbound: Using real-time material usage data, the control system dispatches the required pallet to the correct bin. The elevator mechanism lifts, moves, and lowers the pallet, transferring it to the profile inlet/outlet position for laser cutting.

Profiles to Loading Position: Pallets are lifted, moved, and transferred to an electric unloading trolley, which transports materials along tracks directly to the laser cutter’s loading position—ensuring a continuous workflow.

Pallet Return: After materials are used, the unloading trolley returns empty or split pallets to the inlet/outlet position. The elevator mechanism then translates, lifts, and moves pallets back to the warehouse, ready for reuse.
