• IN: The operator (or AGV) places a stack on the in-feed conveyor. A high-precision load cell records the exact weight in <2 s and the PLC assigns the optimal slot.
• STORE: A linear-guide + chain-drive lifter moves the stack vertically at 9 m/min while a second chain drive carries it horizontally at 12 m/min, reaching any tier in under 30 s.
• OUT: When the laser or punch calls for a specific grade/thickness/size, the WMS software releases the stack, delivers it to the out-feed station and updates stock levels in real time. - Visual Management & Traceability
A 10-inch full-color touch HMI displays real-time inventory by material, thickness, PO number or remnant ID. Color-coded icons warn operators when stock falls below reorder point or when remnants can be consumed for a new nest.
